The shape of the interlayer resin (3) in the multilayered molten resin mass is regulated so as to be a recessed shape which satisfies the following requirements: y (length of umbrella part of the interlayer resin) >= L (length of central part of the interlayer resin); and 1 > d0 (maximum peripheral-direction outer diameter of the interlayer resin)/D (peripheral-direction outer diameter of the multilayered molten resin mass) >= 0.5.
