Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a laminated product and process for producing the same. A laminated product comprising (i) a layer containing a sulfur-vulcanized rubber composition, and (ii) a layer containing a thermoplastic elastomer composition produced by dynamically heating (A) an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer rubber, (B) a propylene resin, (C) a mineral oil, (D) a cross-linking agent, and (E) an ethylene resin; and a process for producing a laminated product comprising the steps of (1) dynamically heating the above components (A) to (E), and (2) laminating the above layers (i) and (ii).
