The apparatus further includes a movable plate(30) that has a focus lens hole, is placed in the actuating hole and combined with the bottom side of the upper plate, a movable electrode formed opposite to the fixed electrode, a fixed electrode pad for applying power to the fixed electrode, a movable electrode pad for applying power to the movable electrode, and a focus lens set in the focus lens hole.
