The design scheme of the present invention has main belt wheel installed on the main shaft, the main shaft installed on the frame, bearing cover on the frame, detachable hand wheel shaft on the bearing cover, hand wheel installed on the hand wheel shaft, and gear on the hand wheel shaft and meshed with the gear in the outer edge of the toothed brake disc. The toothed brake disc is installed on one end of the main belt wheel, the gear is installed in the outer edge of the toothed brake disc, and the brake winding for the brake disc is installed on the frame. Installing the toothed brake disc directly on the main belt wheel results in compact structure, high installation precision and high production efficiency.
