The invention makes use of air current generated by nature when vehicles run to produce electric as energy resource and is especially adapt to electric communication media using accumulator as kinetic energy, such as battery-driven truck and steam boat. The invention has the advantages of professional design, safety and environment-friendly property, and simple arrangement and high adaptability, so that it is a power circulating arrangement that efficiently supplies energy source to vehicles.
