Tungsten-containing high manganese steel for wear-resistant casting
This invention discloses high manganese steel containing tungsten for wearable casting use. The characteristics are: the high manganese steel includes the following materials with their weight ratios: 0.95-1.35%C, 11.5-14% Mn, 0.3-1.0% Si, 0.2-1.0% Cr, 0.2-0.6% W, 0.2-0.4% Mo, P is less than or equa...

description | This invention discloses high manganese steel containing tungsten for wearable casting use. The characteristics are: the high manganese steel includes the following materials with their weight ratios: 0.95-1.35%C, 11.5-14% Mn, 0.3-1.0% Si, 0.2-1.0% Cr, 0.2-0.6% W, 0.2-0.4% Mo, P is less than or equal to 0.07%, and the rest percentage is Te. Or the W content is 4.5-4.2% or 0.7-2.0% without Mo. Also can add rare earth element Re in the tungsten alloy steel and the Re content is 0.02-0.15%. The results of simulation component crushing curve test, the mechanism performance test and scene using test show that the adding W into the high manganese steel can apparently improve the strength and tenacity of the steel. The match of W and other elements has good comprehensive function. Compared with the usual steel, the high manganese steel containing W has much better performance. The comparison of the two kinds of steels containing same amount of W and Mo separately shows that their mechanism performance and lifespan are familiar and the cost is low. |
