Zusammenfassung:	The opening and flatting hemmer includes one opening knife with one bent edge for opening the hem; one opening knife fixer connected to the opening knife; one upper flatting wheel fixer with upper flatting wheel in the fork; one positioning rod connected to the opening knife fixer; and one lower flatting wheel fixed on the bench with adjustable interval to the upper flatting wheel. The present invention can open the hem with the opening knife, flatten hem with the upper flatting wheel and the lower flatting wheel to realize mechanical hemming in raised efficiency, raised quality and lowered production cost.
