Railroad stock vibration attenuation noise lowering method and material

This invention relates to a method and a material for reducing noises caused by stock. A layer of asphalt-based composite bumping material is used to absorb and isolate noise made by stock. It is laid on a top surface of an Al alloy corrugated plate, whith is arranged on the rotating frame, with glass fibers filled in its grooves. Also, it can be attached to the walls of vehicels, or both of them are used together. The composite material consists of a polymer-modified asphalt as basic material, fillers, fire-retardant, a bumping agent, auxiliaries, and water. The material is designed according to characteristics of noises by stock that it can effectively reduce noise and has good water-and fire-resistance.
