Steam generator capable of controlling steam quantiatively and at constant speed

Steam generator includes following assembles: (1) quick heating unit in temperature controlled by a temperature regulator in a constant value higher than boiling point of water; (2) quick heating unit put in a steam box having a steam passage; (3) feed-water system with controllable flooding quantity, and its outlet in the steam box capable of spraying water onto quick heating unit. Advantages are: quick generating steam, small loss of quantity of heat, based on requirement, speed and quantity of generating steam are controllable and adjustable. 本发明涉及一种蒸汽发生器，为了能快速产生蒸汽并能定量产生蒸汽而设计。可定量定速控制蒸汽的蒸汽发生器，由以下部件组成：(1)一个快速发热体，通过温度调节器将温度控制在大于水沸点的某一恒定值；(2)一个带蒸汽通道的蒸汽室，快速发热体置于其中；(3)一个进水量可控的进水系统，其出水口在蒸汽室内，能把水喷到快速发热体上。其优点在于通过设置快速发热体，使产生蒸汽的速度加快，热量损失小、热效率高；并且通过控制进水量和进水速度，就可定量控制产生蒸汽的量和产生蒸汽的速度，完全可以根据实际使用要求而进行控制、调整和使用。
