Zusammenfassung: | The invention advances a ferric oxide high-resistance graphite material prohibiting high-voltage sparking current and its use, containing ferric oxide 22%-27%, graphite 4%-6%, adhesive 47%-53% and pure water 14%-27%. Its use: it is used in the course of manufacturing kinescopes and uniformly sprayed on the inner surface of the kinescope cone. Because its resistivity is high, it has the special function and advantage of increasing in-painted graphite resistance, effectively prohibiting high-voltage sparking current and achieving the purpose in not damaging line devices of the whole device at the time of high-voltage sparking.
本发明提出了一种抑制高压跳火电流的氧化铁高阻石墨材料及其用途,本发明的氧化铁高阻石墨材料包含氧化铁、石墨、粘接剂和纯水,其中:氧化铁的含量为22%-27%,石墨的含量为4%-6%,粘接剂的含量为47%-53%,纯水的含量为14%-27%。本发明的氧化铁高阻石墨材料的用途主要是将该材料使用在显像管的制造过程中,将该材料均匀喷涂在显像管锥体内表面(2)的位置上。由于该材料的的电阻率高,具有可以大幅度增加内涂石墨电阻的特殊功能和优点,有效地抑制了高压跳火电流,实现了显像管高压跳火时不损坏整机线路元器件的目的。 |
