Zusammenfassung:The control system comprises measuring head in front end as well as monitoring and display instrument in rear end. The measuring head comprises pressure sensors located at different heights. Elastic sensor membrane possessing characteristic of anti adhesion is setup at front end of the sensor. The measuring head through feed line is connected to a measuring instrument including CPU, A/D and D/A converters as well as LCD display for carrying out measuring calculation and output. The control system through intelligent signal processing realizes monitoring and controlling density and liquid level of glass envelope slime, making these parameters stable so as to raise product quality and reach digitized management requirement. 玻壳料浆液位、浓度控制系统,属于工业生产过程检测控制领域,包括位于前端的测量头及后端的监测、显示仪表,测量头包含两只位于不同高度上的压力传感器,传感器前端设有抗粘连特性的弹性敏感元件膜,该测量头通过馈线连接到一个装有单片机CPU、A/D、D/A转换器及LCD显示器的测量仪器中进行测量运算及输出。该控制系统通过智能信号处理,实现了对玻壳料浆浓度和液位的科学监测与控制,使料浆浓度、液位参数均能稳定,提高了产品质量,达到了数字化管理要求。
