Electrolytic cell polarity switching method and device

By means of one external switch controlling circuit in the power supply of the electrolyzer, the polarity of the electrolyzer is altered, so that ions are distributed homogeneously on the plate electrode. The present invention has the functions of saving power and raising efficiency.
