The weight 4 consists of laminated board materials 41, 42. In the board material 42 with a groove, the groove 43 reaching the insert hole 40 is formed on the side surface 42b in the laminating direction and the oil supply path 44 is formed for supplying the lubrication oil pressurized by the centrifugal force to the insert hole 40 with the through-hole formed by the board material 41 covering the groove 43 and the groove 43 from the laminating direction.
