description The present invention relates to a whistling-controlled interacting machine toy. The toy has transmitter device and interacting machine toy which has more than three receiving elements and receiving devices. When the emission signal outuptted by transmitter device is received by receiving element mounted at specific position, at least a phase difference is produced between said receiving element and its correspondent received signal, and said received signal can be transfered into the receiving device, at the moment said receiving device can utilize said phase difference to judge the direction of the transmitter device, in which the transmitter device can produce whistler wave according to specific frequency, long and short sound of specific frequency and interval of specific frequency.
