The electromagnetic water supplying valve further includes a first guide member (30) that is opposed to and spaced from the outer peripheral surface (31) of the valve seat (9) at a predetermined distance (f) to form therebetween a gap (d) of a regular interval before the valve body (13) is seated on the valve seat (9) when the pilot hole (15) is closed and the valve port (8) is switched from an open position to a closed position, and that restrict the flow rate of the water flow from the inflow chamber (5) to the outflow chamber (7) by means of the gap (d) to a fixed flow rate that is smaller than that restricted by a water restriction hole (6).
