The tensioning system is tensioned by counter-rotating the two housing sections (31,32), withdrawing the piston from the cylinder. The quantity of liquid required for injection is withdrawn from the storage container and transported through the hollow piston to the pump chamber. The liquid is injected when the tensioning system is released.
