| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention is plant ribes fruit extractive and its preparation and application. The fruit of plant ribes produced in Qinghai-Tibet Platean after being dried and crushed is ether solvent soaked and extracted to obtain fruit oil; the oil is mixed with ether and CH3OH solution of KOH while shaking before letting stand for 10-20 min and added with water for delamination; and the supernatant liquid is obtained as the extractive. The extractive containing rich unsaturated fatty acid, over 92%; and may be used in lowering blood lipoid, inhibiting platelet aggregation and treating hyperlipemia and thrombus. |
