Said invention utilizes the bacteria to in-situ reduce Au3+ into high-dispersed metal nanometer particles, and the Au3+ reducibility on the carrier surface is up to 85%-100%,Au0 particle diameter is 4.5-12 nm. Said catalyst can be used in CO catalytic conversion reaction, CO conversion rate is 100%, and its stationary phase is up to 75h.
