The method comprises the steps that in a refrigeration energy-saving mode, an indoor environment temperature value and a compressor operation frequency are obtained; if it is determined that the indoor environment temperature reaches the standard and the refrigeration energy-saving mode is in the target stage based on the indoor environment temperature value and the compressor operation frequency, timing is started, and the outdoor environment temperature value and the indoor fan rotating speed are obtained; and if the timing duration reaches the first set duration, the obtained outdoor environment temperature value is smaller than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, and the obtained rotating speed of the indoor fan is equal to the set rotating speed, the target rotating speed of the indoor fan is determined based on the difference value between the first temperature threshold va
