Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an optical filter, in particular to a manufacturing method of a tunable filter based on a volume holographic grating, which is characterized in that the wavelength tunability of the tunable filter is realized by manufacturing the volume holographic grating with a continuously changing grating period in different areas of the tunable filter based on the volume holographic grating; according to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the defects of complex exposure process and low tunable resolution in the prior art can be effectively overcome.
