The invention provides a nucleic acid for improving the output quantity of mRNA (messenger ribonucleic acid) translation protein and application of the nucleic acid. Specifically, the invention provides an RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) containing 3 'UTR (Untranslated Region), and the 3' UTR comprises: (a) a nucleotide fragment of a sequence as shown in any one of SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 67; and (b) a derived nucleotide fragment which is obtained by adding, deleting and/or replacing one or more nucleotides on the basis of the nucleotide fragment of (a) and has the same function as (a). The invention also provides DNA capable of transcriptionally generating the RNA.
