The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing tea saponin carbon quantum dots (TS-CQDs), preparing a metal organic framework (TS/Cu-BTC) in which tea saponin participates in construction, and preparing the tea saponin carbon quantum dot nano composite material (TS-CQDs (at) TS/Cu-BTC).
