The invention discloses a reprocessed plastic modified composite material and a preparation method thereof, the reprocessed plastic modified composite material comprises the following components by weight: 15-25 parts of PA6, 10-15 parts of carbon fiber, 10-15 parts of carbon fiber powder, 10-15 parts of a silane coupling agent, 10-15 parts of other assistants and 10-15 parts of a pigment. 7-12 parts of carbon fiber; 5-10 parts of carbon fiber powder; and 20-30 parts of a silane coupling agent. According to the invention, regenerated PA6 is used as a base material, carbon fibers are used as a reinforcing material, through an SCF surface treatment technology, more oxygen-containing groups and oxidation etching roughness appear on the SCF surface, through a silane coupling agent and a-COOH end group of PA6, covalent bonds are formed, and the interface reaction bonding property is improved, so that the bonding strength between two phases is enhanced, the SCF is uniformly distributed, and agglomeration does not a
