Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a traffic light recognition method based on a Hough gradient method and an intelligent blind guiding stick, and relates to the technical field of traffic light recognition. The problem of low efficiency caused by Hough ring detection adopted by traffic light positioning and picture cutting in the prior art is solved. The method comprises the following steps: performing edge detection on an input image to obtain boundary points; transforming the circular general equation coordinate system; the transformed equation is adopted to complete traffic light object positioning and picture cutting; and carrying out color identification on the cut picture. According to the method, the gradient information of the boundary is used by adopting the Hough gradient method, so that the calculation efficiency is improved.
