Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a hybrid power generation system based on a fuel cell. The hybrid power generation system comprises a fuel power generation set, a fuel cell set, a steam turbine power generation set, a heat energy recovery assembly and a multi-stage heat exchange assembly. Wherein the heat energy recovery assembly recovers waste heat of waste gas exhausted by the fuel battery pack, and the recovered waste gas is used for driving the fuel power generation unit to generate power; the multi-stage heat exchange assembly exchanges heat with water introduced from the outside through waste gas waste heat exhausted by the fuel battery pack, the water subjected to heat exchange is further heated to generate steam, and the steam turbine power generation set is driven to generate power.
