Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a focusing method, device and equipment applied to an optical microscopic system and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of optical system focusing, and the method comprises the steps: placing a sample chip in a sample bin of the optical microscopic system, and setting a focusing reference point on the sample bin; automatically focusing and shooting the sample chip according to a preset focusing parameter and the focusing reference point to obtain a sample photo; and determining a final focusing position corresponding to the sample chip based on the sample photo and the position of the camera lens taking the sample photo. According to the invention, the final focusing position corresponding to the sample chip is determined based on the sample photo determined after focusing and shooting and the lens position, so that the influence of chip unevenness and chip platform unevenness on the stability of sample focusing results of different bins is effectively avoided; and th
