The method comprises the following steps of S1, collecting data collected by an SCADA system in the operation process of a wind turbine generator; s2, performing data understanding on the collected SCADA data, selecting characteristics associated with a wind turbine generator, and performing data preparation, including data cleaning and preprocessing, on the selected characteristic data to obtain effective data after data preparation; s3, embedding the SCADA data after the data preparation into directed space-time diagram data by utilizing priori knowledge related to a wind turbine generator system, including a causal relationship between an internal structure and monitoring variables, so as to form a directed space-time diagram data sequence; and S4, carrying out wind turbine generator normal behavior model modeling on the constructed directed space-time diagram data sequence by using a spac
