Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a foaming material with slow reduction of resilience and hardness performance, a preparation method and a sole. The foaming material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; 50 to 40 parts of a polyester block copolymer; 0.4 to 0.6 part of a cross-linking agent; wherein the polyester block copolymer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of aliphatic diisocyanate; 30 to 45 parts of polyether glycol; 5-20 parts of an ethylene monomer; 0.1 to 0.3 part of an initiator; and 0.5-1 part of aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The preparation method comprises the steps of primary mixing, further mixing, granulation, vulcanization and foaming.
