Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of electronic chemicals, and discloses a method for removing boron ions in electronic-grade isopropanol. The method comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially introducing a polyhydroxy compound and isopropanol into a reactor, then adjusting the pH value in the reactor to 7-12 and the temperature to 25-100 DEG C, and reacting for 0.5-6 hours; and (2) after the reaction is finished, enabling the solution in the reactor to enter a temporary storage device, carrying out heat exchange on the solution in the temporary storage device through a heat exchanger, pumping the solution into a membrane module, and carrying out 50-DEG C constant-temperature filtration to obtain the boron-removed electronic-grade isopropanol.
