According to the method, the design of the magnetic element in the DAB can be quickly, efficiently and reliably completed, and the purposes of high efficiency, high power density and high reliability are achieved. According to the multi-objective optimization method, the shape of a magnetic core of a magnetic element, an inductance value and the number of turns of a winding serve as design variables, a model with two constraint conditions of circuit constraint and device constraint is constructed in combination with DAB specific parameters, and multi-objective optimization is carried out with the purposes of high efficiency and high power density.
