The method comprises the following steps: depositing a Pt metal layer on the surface of a diluted magnetic semiconductor material to cover a sample, depositing a pair of Ag electrodes on the surface of the Pt metal layer, irradiating the surface of the deposited Pt metal layer with circularly polarized laser at a non-vertical incidence angle, finally changing the circular polarization degree of circularly polarized light, and collecting a photocurrent signal on the surface of the deposited metal layer.
