Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-entropy alloy nanoparticle electrocatalyst for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution and oxygen evolution. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreating a glassy carbon electrode; (2) preparing a FeCoNiMoX alloy through vacuum hot pressing sintering, wherein X is Cr, V, Mn or Ti; and (3) taking the FeCoNiMoX alloy as a target material, and depositing the high-entropy alloy nanoparticle electrocatalyst on the glassy carbon electrode by using a cluster beam deposition system. The method is simple in process, short in time consumption and high in repeatability; the sample is prevented from being polluted or oxidized in the deposition process under ultrahigh vacuum, so that the cleanliness is relatively high.
