Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a locomotive braking starting moment predicting and positioning method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the pipe pressure data of a brake cylinder of a locomotive, the pipe pressure data being the data of the pipe pressure of the brake cylinder changing with time; selecting the pipe pressure data with a preset length for each time point in the pipe pressure data in sequence, and calculating a slope applied to the time point based on the selected pipe pressure data; and the locomotive braking starting moment is determined according to the slopes corresponding to the time points in the pipe pressure data.
