Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an integrated catalyst for efficiently preparing acetic acid from synthesis gas, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, preparing a composite metal oxide; s2, preparing boehmite sol; s3, preparing a methanol core-shell catalyst by combining boehmite sol; S4, selecting and preparing a carbonylation catalyst; and S5, mixing the obtained methanol core-shell catalyst and carbonylation catalyst again through boehmite sol to obtain the integrated catalyst for efficiently preparing acetic acid from synthetic gas. The preparation method is simple, the double-shell core-shell catalyst is designed, the traffic control function of the molecular sieve is utilized, relay catalysis of one-way diffusion of synthesis gas is achieved, and the integrated catalyst for directly producing acetic acid is prepared.
