Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for establishing a high-energy X-ray reference radiation substance based on Monte Carlo simulation. The method comprises the following steps: determining additional filtering parameters of the high-energy X-ray reference radiation substance by utilizing a Monte Carlo simulation method; establishing an X-ray machine model in a Monte Carlo program; setting X-ray light tube parameters; adding the additional filtering parameters into the X-ray machine model; obtaining a phase space file; analyzing the phase space file to obtain particle fluence spectrum distribution; performing data processing on the particle fluence spectrum distribution to obtain energy spectrum data; the average energy, the spectral resolution and the half-value layer value are calculated according to the energy spectrum data.
