Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of valves, in particular to a flow regulating valve which comprises a valve body, a valve cavity, a valve seat and a valve element, the valve cavity is formed in the valve body, the valve seat is arranged at one end in the valve cavity, a liquid outlet is formed in the side, close to the valve seat, of the valve body, the liquid outlet and the valve cavity are coaxial, and the valve element is cylindrical. The valve element is arranged in the valve cavity and is coaxial with the valve cavity, one end of the valve element is provided with a sealing face matched with the valve seat, the end, away from the sealing face, of the valve element and the valve element are coaxially and fixedly connected with a valve rod, the valve body is further provided with a liquid inlet communicated with the valve cavity, and a communication opening between the liquid inlet and the valve cavity is located in the side, away from the valve seat, of the valve body. The valve element, the
