Input and output data of a motor system are collected, and clustering analysis is performed on the data by adopting a nearest neighbor learning algorithm; and fitting the clustered data to a nonlinear function and storing the data as a comparison function in the system, enabling the comparison function with an optimal sequence to approach real-time data of motor operation, thereby judging whether the motor has a fault, obtaining fuzzy output of the system by adopting a fuzzy system, and performing deviation analysis on the fuzzy output and actual output of the motor system.
