The method comprises the steps that at least four binocular vision systems are adopted to synchronously obtain speckle images of a sample to be tested in the deformation process in real time from different directions; and local three-dimensional point clouds, collected by each binocular vision system, of the to-be-tested sample at the non-deformation moment and the deformation moment are obtained through a DIC algorithm, so that a local deformation field of the to-be-tested sample is obtained.
