Compared with pure polyurethane or epoxy or acrylic acid primer in the prior art, the epoxy modified polyurethane primer disclosed by the invention has high permeability and high adhesive force, and particularly, the adhesive force is only reduced to a relatively low degree under the condition of a wet base material or long-term soaking.
