Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a high performance liquid chromatography detection method of vitamin H intermediate chiral lactone, which comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out derivation reaction on right lactone as shown in a formula 1, left lactone as shown in a formula 2 and chiral amine to obtain different chiral amide derivatives; and 2) carrying out separation detection on different chiral amide derivatives by high performance liquid chromatography.
