S1, miRNA transcriptome sequencing: performing miRNA sequencing analysis on oxidized skeletal muscle (lumbar major muscle) and glycolytic skeletal muscle (longissimus dorsi muscle) and exosomes thereof of Hechuan pigs; s2, analyzing differential miRNAs of oxidized and glycolytic skeletal muscle tissues and exosomes; s3, studying the promotion of the miR-4331-3p on the proliferation of myoblasts; and S4, researching the inhibition of the miR-4331-3p on myoblast differentiation and muscle fiber formation.
