Zusammenfassung:A method of generating a cell line for producing a virus in suspension cell culture. The method comprises: generating a plurality of cell clones growing in an adherent cell culture; identifying a group of cell clones with high transfection efficiency; generating a plurality of cell clones growing in the suspension cell culture; and identifying a cell clone suitable for producing the virus in the suspension cell culture.
