Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a heat-conducting composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of heat-conducting materials. Specifically, carboxylated carbon nanotubes and aminated polyether-ether-ketone fibers are subjected to a blending grafting reaction, and then hot press molding is performed to obtain the heat-conducting composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively modifying polyether-ether-ketone fibers and carbon nanotubes, adding groups with higher reaction activity on the basis of an intrinsic structure, and carrying out grafting reaction to prepare the polyether-ether-ketone-based composite heat-conducting material with obvious orientation structure and heat-conducting path and high heat-conducting property. The heat-conducting composite material disclosed by the invention has good thermal stability and mechanical properties, and has a good application prospect in heat dissipation systems in the field
