Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a quality control method for traditional Chinese medicinal materials, in particular to a folium artemisiae argyi quality detection method based on an HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) fingerprint spectrum. According to the method, seven differential markers capable of being used for analyzing the quality of the folium artemisiae argyi are obtained through a clustering analysis method and a principal component analysis method. By utilizing the contents of the differential markers, the quality of the folium artemisiae argyi can be detected, and meanwhile, the production place of the folium artemisiae argyi can be further identified. The method disclosed by the invention is very good in specificity, precision, repeatability, stability and sample adding recovery rate, and has a very good application prospect.
