Malic acid purification method

The invention discloses a malic acid purification method which comprises the following steps: by taking a produced malic acid solution as a raw material, carrying out acidolysis, filtering and collecting filtrate; introducing the obtained filtrate into a strongly acidic cation exchange resin chromatographic column, and collecting effluent to obtain a cation-removed solution; and introducing the obtained cation-removed solution into a non-polar macroporous adsorption resin layer column, carrying out elution by using pure water as a mobile phase, and collecting the eluent, thereby obtaining the malic acid purified solution without succinic acid and fumaric acid. According to the purification method, complete separation of malic acid from succinic acid, fumaric acid and other impurities is achieved through a non-polar macroporous adsorption resin method, the technological process is short, sulfuric acid is used only in the acidolysis step in the midway, no other substances are introduced, the purity of the obtai
