The HPLC fingerprint detection method of the traditional Chinese medicine is successfully established by exploring chromatographic conditions such as preparation of a test solution, a stationary phase, a mobile phase, an elution procedure, detection wavelength and the like, and can identify seven medicinal materials including rheum officinale, scutellaria baicalensis, mangnolia officinalis, immature bitter orange, radix paeoniae rubra, dandelion and liquorice as well as five components including paeoniflorin, magnolol, rhein, honokiol and baicalin.
