According to the invention, graphdiyne (GDY) is used for loading CuBi nanoparticles to synthesize a bimetallic nano-material as a novel composite nano-enzyme, and the bimetallic nano-material has excellent CAT, POD and GPx-like activities, and can generate ROS in osteosarcoma cells, relieve anoxia of the osteosarcoma cells and induce copper death of the osteosarcoma cells, so that the purpose of killing the osteosarcoma cells is achieved.
