Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a synthetic method of an indole compound, which comprises the following steps: taking cinnamyl aldehyde or a derivative thereof, and 2-[(bromotriphenyl-5-phosphino) phenylmethyl] aniline or a derivative thereof as raw materials, reacting in an organic solvent at the reaction temperature of 60-100 DEG C without the participation of metal or other catalysts, and purifying after the reaction is finished to obtain the indole compound. The synthesis method has the advantages that the raw materials are easy to prepare and low in price, no metal or other catalysts are used in the reaction process, acid or alkali is not needed to promote the reaction, the reaction conditions are simple and green, meanwhile, the substrate application range is wide, and the universality is good. 本发明公开了一种吲哚类化合物的合成方法,以肉桂醛或其衍生物、2-[(溴三苯基-5-膦基)苯基甲基]苯胺或其衍生物为原料,无需金属或其他催化剂的参与,在有机溶剂反应中,反应温度为60~100℃,反应结束后纯化得到吲哚类化合物。该合成方法具有原料易制备、价格低廉,且在反应过程中没有使用金属和其他催化剂,也不需要酸或碱促进反应进行,反应条件简单绿色,同时底物适用范围广、普适性好等优点。
