A muskmelon pedicel raw material is crushed, is subjected to reflux extraction with 95% ethanol, and is subjected to vacuum concentration to obtain a total extract; reacting cysteine with the extract, and then adding ethyl acetate and acid water for extraction; at the moment, the cucurbitacine containing alpha and beta unsaturated groups is dissolved in the acid water layer due to addition of cysteine.
