Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a composite carbide reinforced martensite welding wire for surfacing of a heating surface tube and a preparation method thereof, the composite carbide reinforced martensite welding wire comprises powder and a welding skin, the powder comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15.0%-20.0% of Cr, 4.0%-6.0% of Ni, 5.0%-8.0% of Mo, 6.0%-8.0% of B, 1.0%-2.0% of C, 6.0%-8.0% of Nb, 1.0%-2.0% of Ti, 0.2%-0.4% of Mn, 0.2%-1.0% of Y2O3 and the balance of Fe, and the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. According to the welding wire, the comprehensive performance of a surfacing layer is improved by adding the elements such as B, Nb, Ti and C and by means of in-situ generation of multiple composite carbides; the welding wire is good in welding performance, small in splashing and good in high-temperature erosion resistance.
